The staff was friendly, communication via email and self check in due to late arrival was smooth, and receptionist was really helpful with info on nearby locations.

You also get new set of clean towels every two days which is very nice touch. As we went skiing pretty much whole day, we didn't use outdoor amenities like grill but, as I could see, that part was also very well equiped.
