This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Our glass igloo stay here was excellent! The bed is very comfortable and the hosts gave us a warm welcome! Although the room is a bit small, it has all the essentials tightly packed in different areas of the room. They also helped us book several activities we were interested in, such as Snow mobiling, Aurora hunting night tour with barbecue, and Day trip to the nearby Abisko National Park. The breakfast spread was amazing and the bread, vegetables, cheese and meat served are fresh and delicious! On the 2 nights we stayed here, we were lucky enough to see beautiful 360 degree vies of the aurora from the frozen river just a few meters away. After seeing enough of the northern lights from outside the room, we could also cozy up inside the glass igloo and see the dancing aurora display straight from our bed! The property also is quite close to forests and on one of the stays we saw a few reindeers roaming around the property in the evening. The stay comes with complimentary pick up and drop off from/at Kiruna train station as part of our stay, and a 1-hour session in the sauna, which is quite a bonus.

Set in Riksgränsen, 43 km from Ofoten Museum, Niehku Mountain Villa offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The accommodation provides ski storage space, as well as a bar and massage services. The property has a sauna and free WiFi. Exceptional service start to finish + setting and facilities to match. Dinner and breakfast experience were both divine. Cocktails were both unique and exquisite. We were only there 1 night to break up a longer journey, but intend to stay longer next time to enjoy the experiences they offer i.e. skiing, snow mobile excursions etc. Bonus = best gym I've seen in a hotel.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking country house features a sauna. This property was EXACTLY as described but bigger! It was SO cozy. SO beautiful. SO comfortable. I absolutely will stay here again.

Featuring lake views, Arctic Gourmet Cabin in Kiruna features accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Featuring a restaurant, the property also has free bikes, as well as a fitness centre and a sauna. The property is non-smoking and is set 3.7 km from Kiruna Bus Station. It was pleasant to stay at Scandic Kiruna. You can find the snowy landscape at the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you want to go on tours, you can find the guide office in a hundred meters. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drink, even for vegetarians. If you want to see the northern light, this place is a good starting point.

The area around the property is popular for outdoor winter activities such as dog sledding, reindeer sled excursions, and snowmobile tours. The staff will also be happy to arrange activities such as river rafting, hiking, and fishing. During summer season, guests will experience midnight sun. In the winter, guests can enjoy northern lights if lucky. There was a large selection of food and ir was all delicious.

The Aurora Spa can be accessed for a surcharge. Ski tracks and hiking trails are right next door. Snowmobiling, ice fishing and dog sledding are popular in winter. Summer leisure options include horse riding, guided city tours and hiking. Great place for a visit to Kiruna. Very spacious, warm, clean and has amazing food. The breakfast is world class 👌The staff was very helpful and kindly assisted us to book Northern lights and husky ride.
