A localização é muitíssimo boa. Fica na parte norte do bairro mais movimentado e turístico de Kathmandu: o Bairro Thamel. Zona segura. Hotel limpo e cuidado. o Pequeno-almoço é farto e com qualidade. Cada hóspede escolhe os pratos que entender que constem do cardápio e quantos quiser. As alternativas são inúmeras: pratos continentais (panquecas, tostas simples, tostas francesas, ovos mexidos, estrelados, cozidos, manteiga, mel, compota, sumos naturais de papaia, de melancia) e nepaleses (variados e francamente bem confeccionados). O cozinheiro excede largamente as expetativas. A gestão e a maioria dos empregados fazem parte da mesma família e são muito atenciosos e cuidadosos (chegando mesmo a ser algo obsequiosos, o que, por vezes, causa algum incómodo). O primeiro quarto onde ficámos (o 201) era muito bom, estava bem arranjado, arejado, limpo e tinha uma pequena varanda bastante agradável. Já na segunda vez em que lá estivemos, ficámos no quarto 106 (ou 107, já não consigo precisar), o qual é de qualidade inferior. Igualmente limpo, mas mais pequeno, com materiais mais velhos e menos cuidados, ainda que num patamar bastante aceitável.

Very quiet location considering you are in busy Kathmandu, wouldn't change to Thamel. Very nice helpful host and his cute family. Classic traditional hotel steps away from the Temples and cultural sites of Bhaktapur. The rooms are comfortable with good WiFi. This family owned gem is well worth the budget price. Highly recommend. I stayed here multiple times while traveling in Nepal.

I am a single solo woman traveller and Navin was so entousiastic that I stayed at his homestay. It is a nice family who make you feel so welcome in their house. I would like to experience the Nepalese way of life, and I did. I went with him on his morning prayers, ate the same as the family, went to see the Kathmandu Valley by scooter (everybody drives like They are crazy, but I felt very safe with Navin. And the best part is that he takes his guests to festiviteit/parties, also of his family. So I was invited to the celebration of his 6 months old nephew, who ate his First Rice. It was a party with more than 200 persons, eating and dancing. And They all liked it that I was there too, so nice. So blessed to experience this. Thank you Navin and your family, for these wonderful experience 😊

Located in a quite neighbour just outside Thamel, it's the perfect location for those who are looking for relax after a long trek, far from the chaotic city centre.
