The staff is extremely kind and attentive. The spa pool is amazing and the view of the Agua volcano from the spa restaurant is gorgeous. This area feels like paradise. The hotel is large and has so many beautiful spots to just be in peace and quiet. The cleaning staff to a great job at keeping the place spotless.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The area is really really stunning, the view from the room is amazing. The outside terrace is beautiful and at night the little lights and sunset just look amazing. I truly have nothing bad to say, the breakfast was varied and filling and I will absolutely come here again. There was kayaks free to use whenever and a jet ski for 1200 pesos per 30mins for 2 which was very fun! I absolutely recommend, the staff are lovely and helpful. We will be back!

Set within 5.9 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 1.7 km of Tulum Bus station in Tulum, Babel Tulum offers accommodation with seating area and a kitchen. Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.
