We had a wonderful experience at Boutique Shell Hotel in Budva and would definitely recommend it! The hotel was super clean and cozy, the rooms were nice, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We received beach towels for free, and the hotel also provided us with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach — something that usually costs 15€ elsewhere. Breakfast was tasty and there was always enough to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful, always kind and quick to assist us with anything we needed. Now, regarding the very negative review left by another guest — we were actually there and witnessed the entire situation. That review is misleading and unfair. We saw how that woman shouted aggressively at the receptionist and even slammed her hands on the desk. Despite her behavior, the receptionist remained calm, polite, and very professional, and immediately went with her to help solve the issue. The woman was so unpleasant that, honestly, we felt scared of her ourselves. The hotel did everything possible to help, and blaming them in such a harsh way is completely unjustified. Please don’t take her 1/10 rating seriously — it doesn’t reflect the reality of our stay or how the hotel truly treats its guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Definitely go and see for yourself — highly recommended!

It’s a quiet spot, perfect for relaxing away from the busy city center. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options each morning. We especially enjoyed the pool – a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Budva. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
