We stayed here one night with 2 kids, but we could have stayed a week! The hosts were so welcoming and very friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Also, the food was delicious both at dinner as breakfast. Beds are comfortable with cosy blankets for the colder nights. We will come back!

This guest house is located in the old village of Ait-Ben-Haddou, a sand fortress 30 km from Ouarzazate. You can relax on the furnished terraces, where the hosts will welcome you with mint tea and Moroccan pastries. Location, design, decor, staff! An exceptionally special stay in this historic village. 8 rooms, each unique, each with a view and/or a terrace. Staff very accommodating- it was a very cold spell and they made sure we had heat in our room. Each common room of the hotel was a masterpiece, the cave-like ‘family room’ to the dining area and terraces. Breakfast was also exceptional taste of the region and plentiful. Because it is a UNESCO site there is very limited power. Charging is done in a central area by reception. All lights are out at night to conserve. Knowing this ahead allows you to plan accordingly. Parking for 20 dirhams in someone’s gated yard worked well. Hotel has this dialed in and it’s a good way just be sure you are paying the property owner and not someone on the street acting like it’s theirs. Sunset from the top, sunrise from the eastern knob, or from the hotel terrace.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Since our flight was delayed, we came very late to this accomodation, around 1 AM. And even then, our host Solaiman was waiting for us with a warm dinner. He is a great guy and I want to thank him for making our short stay in Skoura very special. The room itself was very clean with fresh towels and working AC. Heritage House has a really nice garden with a lovely terrace, where we had a delicious breakfast. The location is a bit tricky (you go through a really narrow streets if you make a wrong turn), but Soleiman on his bike helped us and accompanied us through the beautiful old Skoura. The stay was short and really special thanks to Solaiman.

Riad Dar Susan - Authentic Stay in Zagora is located in Zagora and features a plunge pool and mountain views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The riad has family rooms. We liked the design of the hotel, the comfort and the stuff, they were very involved in preparing us a very spectaculos staying.

Zagora Oasis Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Zagora, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and bar. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Staying in this place was a wonderful experience. Owners made sure you felt comfortable; the staff is kind and welcoming. Next time, the family will stay 100%.

We didn't give it a 10 only because we found the price a bit on the high side compared to all the other places we stayed at during our 24 days road trip.

On our 24 days roadtrip of Morocco this guesthouse was the one we preferred and the best experience we had. The house is beautiful, the room was spacious and well appointed. The meal were delicious. The two brothers are doing a fantastic job at making everyone feel comfortable. We stayed here two nights and could have stayed longer.

The host was super friendly and social and we learned a lot about the local culture. The room was very clean and cosy. There was a roof terras with a beautiful view of the oasis. Great value for price. Would really recommend.
