Everything was just perfect! Quiet place close to a nice beach with a very shallow water. One can walk at low tide to Nilaveli beach (15 min walk). Brenda was a perfect, talkative and helpful host as well as an excellent cook. One can refill bottles with a drinking water at the property. Nice well equipped huts with comfortable bed. 10 and 15 min by tuk tuk to Upuveli and Trinco, respectively. Surprisingly no mosquitoes (the first place without them during our 3 weeks travels in Sri Lanka). If you look for peaceful quite oasis this place is for you. Highly recommended!

Next to being a fantastic host with great knowledge of the area and valuable contacts that will make the most out of your stay, his meals are original and mouthwatering. Moon Isle Beach Bungalow oferece acomodação com jardim, estacionamento privativo grátis, área de praia privativa e terraço em Nilaveli. Nilaveli Beach fica a poucos passos de distância. I love the location! It's right on the beach! And during the time we were there, the beach to the left and to the right from the hotel was deserted. There are only a few rooms at the hotel and guests would leave somewhere and at times it felt like we had our own private beach just for two of us! Also having breakfast and dining there is so great, because again your doing it right on the beach, so the scenery and the sounds of waves are perfect. I live how they have us so many different traditional Sri-Lankan side dishes to our order. The bungalows are located far from the main road, so you only hear the sound of waves and nothing else. Very nice owners and staff - they helped us with luggage both during check-in and check-out and did it out of genuine hospitality, not like most places in the world where they help you with luggage and stay there wait for tips. Really great place, very romantic, I hope we'll be able to come back to Sri-Lanka again and stay at these Bungalows!

The sweetest host, who cares deeply about the animals and the environment. With the money he gets he feeds more thank 20cats and 8 dogs he has at home and besides that more than 50 in the woods, that people throw there to die. He works and lives with sole purpuse he feeds and helps the animals. The most genuine, sweet and caring host we had. The location is also perfect, 5minute walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and although no breakfast is provided there is always an option to go to the next building to Mom’s kitchen, that is run by the hosts mother and they have excellent food (for breakfast, lunch or dinner).

Em Trincomalee, Tribal Village oferece ar-condicionado. Kanniya Hot Springs fica a 4,1 km de distância e Trincomalee Railway Station fica a 4,4 km. Very nice and brand new hotel. The was a lot of space at the room and it was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, they served many different Sri Lankan and Indian specialties. Staff was very friendly and interested. Only 5 min to the beach

Brand new and clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, Really quiet . The staff is really helpful. Nothing to put your luggage on in the room but I’m sure the owner will provide for everything in the future , the guesthouse is brand new and had just opened around the 1st of August . It’s located 10 mn from the beach . There are several little restaurants in the area. “ Seafood restaurant “ at the end of the street is a good one . The beach is natural , no club, no loud music , it’s beautiful you can find some mat to relax at the little restaurant on the beach .

It room was very clean and beautifully arranged. This place have very calm, relaxing vibe. as wel as service provided by the staff was excellent and they were friendly . I highly recommend cha cha guest house . ♥️

Nimal's white house oferece acomodação com jardim, terraço e uma cozinha compartilhada para sua conveniência. Nilaveli Beach está a 7 minutos a pé de distância. Very nice host – I felt very welcome during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the tour to Pigeon Island that Nimal arranged was fantastic. He also took me to watch the sunset by the lagoon and even let me drive his tuk-tuk, which was such a fun experience! When I couldn’t find accommodation for the next night, he cleared out a private room and kindly let me stay there. Truly generous and thoughtful – I really appreciated everything!
