They were all lovely to be around, the gentleman gave us some good recommendations and helped with transport .. The stay felt like home. Clean and comfortable, the wifi was really good and we had a really delicious breakfast. It was about a 30 minute walk into the city down hill, 5 minute Tuktuk back up for 200-350 SLR (uber or pick me). The bathroom needs a little love but it was a very good value for money and we both really enjoyed staying with the family. I would book again.

Even though, I stayed for one night, he gave me a detailed map of Kandy, places I can explore within a day. My stay was amazing and I had a great time in kandy, will visit this stay again.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. This is a hidden gem in the mountains of Kandy, away from traffic and noise of the downtown. I was so happy that we stayed there. First and most important is the manager Maxi, a generous and kind man who helped us with everything and we were surrounded by care for the whole visit (short unfortunately). The room itself is huge, we had 1 big living room with king bed and another small room with queen bed with bathroom. Very good shower with constant well pressure of hot water. The balcony is lovely with spectacular view to the hills and local houses. Breakfast was on the open terrace and very tasty with fresh juices and nicely cooked eggs. Once in Kandy I definitely come back to the place as it is well maintained and the management is really taking care of the guests.

White walls and floor, clean and spaceful bathroom. Again, it was completely unexpected 😅 Landlady even offered me traffic-coupons for my SIM-card due to Wi-Fi wasn't working!
