The drive there through the canyon is absolutely beautiful! There are signs at every junction. 4WD recommended, they can organize a taxi for you. The bathrooms are new, and there are showers too. The yurts are basic but cozy and clean. Food was served on a shared table, which is a big plus for solo travelers. There are nice places to hang around and a fire in the evening to sit together. I went on a horse ride through the canyon and to the lake, it was amazing.

Nazgul and her family took very much care about us. Although we booked just two hours before everything was perfectly arranged for us. She brought also to the supermarket close by and arranged a taxi to Kochkor after the bus didn‘t come on a sunday. Thank you so much Nazgul, we would love to come back one time.

The yurts are spacious and fresh, with the pleasant smell of wood and natural materials. Mattresses are comfortable, and we slept very well. The property is set in a garden, with plenty of greenery and trees, creating a sense of privacy and coziness. In the evenings, a fire is lit in the center, adding to the atmosphere. The toilets and showers are shared but clean and well-maintained, with hot water running immediately. Breakfasts were tasty, and for dinner we could order traditional local dishes. We had soup, salad, and stewed potatoes with meat and vegetables — hearty and delicious. We originally planned to stay briefly but ended up extending our stay by another day — that’s how much we enjoyed it. A perfect balance of comfort, nature, and hospitality.
