Free on-site parking is provided. Umbertide Train Station is 11 km from the property. Gubbio town centre is reachable by car in 25 minutes. Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport is located 33 km away. We really liked how personal the whole experience was. Special thanks to Francesca and the entire team who took care of us during the St. Valentine's dinner. The food, the atmosphere and design of this place is just on another level. However, the most amazing were the views this place offers. My son 8 years old said he enjoyed the ride on the golf cart - they use those to get visitiors from reception to their apartments. Me and my wife enjoyed breakfasts, sunsets and the views. Next time we are going to order Half-Board because the food is just terrific.

Offering city views, rooms at the Magnolia have a classic design with decorative frescoed walls. They all include an LCD TV, fridge and private bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. Unbelievably beautiful, kind staff. Breakfast came with the reservation. Right in center of town, but windows faced away from foot traffic so balcony and rooms were very quiet.

The estate offers 2 outdoor swimming pools and a spa for an extra charge. We booked this hotel last minute. To our surprise it was excellent. Service impeccable, rooms and facilities super clean and modern. Bed and linens extra comfortable. Quality of toiletries excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious, variety of great quality food, and excellent service. We only stayed for 1 night, but we will be back.

Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

Set within a renovated medieval building in the heart of Orvieto, Palazzo Piccolomini is a 4-star hotel a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Rooms successfully mix classical design with modern comforts. The kindness of the staff was the most important asset of the hotel. Everyone from the lady at the reception, the colleague who took away our car to park it, the gentleman who was serving at breakfast (and also brought our car from the parking) were really nice and helpful. I liked the smell inside the hotel, bed was comfortable, bathroom was new and fully functional and breakfast was surprisingly complete for Italy, everything to suit anyone’s taste. Location was top, near everything and also valet parking was very useful.

I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.
