He really wants everyone to have the best possible experience while staying at his place. He did an incredible job rehabbing a building where railroad employees used to stay. Everything is brand new and clearly only the highest quality of materials were used. It is right on the bike path, with easy access to the town. We couldn’t imagine it could be as nice as it was. Kevin is very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him and stay at his place.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 50 km from Palmanova Outlet Village. The place is small but very comfortable and has everything you might need for a short stay including a washing machine, hair drier and shampoo. There was also some simple breakfast provided which had some cereal, coffee, ham and cheese, yogurts, juice and pastry. The bed was comfortable with some memory foam pillows. The owner thought of everything a traveller might need on the road :) of and there was AC as well. Parking is on the street, there is no designated space but it we were able to find a spot and it was free
