Anna was a lovely host, who went out of her way to help with any needs. Breakfast was of incredible choice and the location cannot be beaten. Quiet and calm. Large space and all mod cons. The parking garage Navoni was excellent and very friendly also

We had an issue with a rental car and Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours getting Europcar to resolve our issue. Their support and kindness will always be remembered. And Matteo provided fabulous dinner recommendations. We loved everything about this hotel

She send us a video of how to check in, car could be parked outside and the breakfast was so nice, freshly made and beautifully presented. The room was beautiful and everything super clean. 10/10 would recommend!
