This is a large 2 bedroom apartment (2 doubles and a single) located on the Grd Flr. It has everything. We stayed 2 nights in cold November and it was nice to arrive back to a warm place, Very clean and the host Matteo was very friendly and helpful on check in. Great value also.

The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from La Spezia Centrale Train Station. The location was amazingly close to the train station and the accommodation was very spacious. The manager was extra friendly during the check in process. They are also conscious of the environment which we appreciated.
