Beautiful homestay, which is very well maintained and run with love and attention to details. Of course it is still a basic accomodation in a remote location with limited resources. But we were very positively surprised by the comforts. Great snorkeling reef, lots of trip options. 2 rooms with AC available for a surcharge.

For instance, there are freshwater showers outside the water bungalows and spaced out slats in the jetty for the water to drain immediately. The linen and towels were very clean and smelled very fresh. The bread was freshly baked by the owner every morning. The coral life at the jetty is amazing and we could snorkel endlessly.

This holiday home with sea views features parquet floors, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. Great place. The food was good (maybe not so vegan friendly in case you are vegan, we are not), and the staff was friendly. Great common area. Diving in their dive center is also a must. Will (dive master) takes out small groups and adapts to weather, conditions and experience of the divers. We had our own toilet and bathroom and all is great considering you are quite far from everything. Higly recommend

Mares Homestay-Raja Ampat is set in Fam. Located on the beachfront, this property features a private beach area. The accommodation provides full-day security, room service and organising tours for guests. It's a truly lovely place and if you find it available, it's your lucky day :) Go ahead and book! The house reef is a garden of joy and you find love to details in every bit of the homestay. Even thoug it is simple, it felt luxurious. The table prepared in absolute precise manner, with glasses even polished, the pier enlightened with lightbubls hidden in shells to have that extra soft ligtht and maritime touch, shared bathrooms cleaned twice a day, the coffee table always filled and plenty of hot water. Family really takes an effort and you feel the really love doing so!

Located in Besir in the West Papua region, Indos Homestay-Raja Ampat features a terrace and sea views. The property was built in 2022 and has accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation features full-day security and private check-in and check-out for guests. This homestay on Besir island is ideally located near several interests spots in Raja Ampat. The place is calm, only two cabins on the water, connected to a village full of charm. The utilities are on the beach, near the owner's house. It's very clean and has everything required to answer basic needs. Regarding the rooms, mosquito net on the bed, fan, electricity at night, blankets, hammock, sunbed and basic furnitures. All the meals (included in the reservation) are served to your cabin, they vary and are prepared by an great cook! So everything is tasteful and good. No connection except if you get a SIM card on arrival at Sorong's airport but deconnection is great. It's easy to communicate with the owner who speaks well English (rare in Raja Ampat) and he tries his best for you to have the best stay possible. Him and his family are super nice and welcoming while respecting your privacy. I came with a friend and we stayed 3 full days, we had an amazing time there and we can only recommend this place. All the activities we've done through them were memorable, we had a lot of fun. Have a good holiday there!

Situated in Besir in the West Papua region, Raja Ampat Blue Sea features a balcony and inner courtyard views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The accommodation provides full-day security, room service and organising tours for guests. Everything! The place is lovely, the staff is very careful (a special thanks to Paulus) and so nice! Food is really good, different every day and perfect in quantity! You can snorkel directly from the jetty and it’s lovely, but the excursion they offer are also amazing as they perfectly know the islands, the currents and everything you should know! The Sawanggrai village is very nice to visit and people are very kind! You can see coucous and puppies directly at the home stay! Go for it !

Facing the seafront in Besir, GAM BAY bungalow's features a private beach area and a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides mountain views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. Location was amazing, the awesome doggies, the puppy so cute.. the outdoor shower is also great and even have free soap and shampoo 👌👌 food is decent portion and served in a timely manner.. they even sang at night on the sunset deck

At the resort, all rooms come with a desk. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a bidet and free toiletries, the units at Coriana Dive Resort have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms here will provide you with a terrace. Last minute decision to go for 4 days from Jakarta. All the 4/5 star dive resorts were full. But I think this turned out to be much better value. Very peaceful over water bungalow (upgraded to one with balcony). Arranged great diving and blue river trip with Olin Dive centre (Milo was a great instructor). And amazing early morning trip to see birds of paradise. Patricia did a great job organising everything though there was some confusion about prices due to being sent an out of date and incomplete price list. Suggest to double check. Well cooked Indonesian food; nicely varied for a 4 day stay. If it was a week I might want something different and a beach. Great snorkelling underneath the room!
