Checking in was super fast going to the room was so inspiring and artistic. walking into the room was surprisingly beautiful and nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very unique. Restaurant was really really good clean and nice atmosphere. Staff are really so friendly from front desks to the cleaners. It’s such a breathtaking taking hotel I would go back to tbilisi just for the hotel and to visit the staff again. Speechless I can’t even describe the smallest perfect details they have. LOVE IT.

We changed our booking at the very last minute and randomly picked the Palm tibilisi boutique hotel, and what a great decision it turned out to be! From the charming palm trees at the entrance to the cute decoration around the hotel, we were not disappointed. Our stay was made special by the staff, who regularly asked us if we needed anything, accommodated our needs by ensuring late breakfast and meat free options. But our hearts were stolen by Ana, who was our mother far away from home. Ana took care of us every single day and gave us more than we could ever ask for. A special thanks to Mari and Ana, who made this entire trip a memorable one and to the staff for the kindness towards us during the entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a small and cosy hotel with an amazing staff!
