Pascal and his team have made our trip to Le Thor one we will never forget. What a great host and absolutely the prime location if you want to experience the countryside of France. The rooms are huge and cozy, they feel like royalty rooms. The breakfast included was amazing: fruits, yogurt, bread, etc. Definitely worth it to pay extra for the spa - it just adds so much to the overall experience. Lastly, Pascal made sure we had the best stay - we didn’t have a car so he helped arrange for our cabs and restaurants. We feel very nostalgic looking back at our stay. If there is an accommodation that has set a high standard for us - it is Les Carmes. <3

This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom, TV and mini refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. Terrific quiet but convenient location. Beach and restaurants just minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked for two nights but extended for another two nights it was so comfortable.

We loved the apartment; it was really beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location is good to travel (train station and old town not too far). I liked that it was easy to check in. The lock was a digital code. The beds were very comfortable, so we rested really well after a long trip.
