We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia em Zhangjiajie e isto se deve em parte ao excelente hotel e equipe do Hotel. Nosso quarto foi muito confortável e silencioso: cama gostosa, lençóis limpos, chuveiro generoso e gostoso, quarto limpinho e sem nenhum odor de cigarro. O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel nos economizou enorme tempo e permitiu chegarmos cedo nos lugares em que planejamos ir. Foi diverso, generoso e super saudável. A equipe nos ajudou a realizar as reservas que precisávamos fazer uma vez que não tínhamos we-chat, foram imprescindíveis e super atenciosos e disponíveis. Nós certamente ficaremos no hotel se retornarmos a Zhangjiajie. O hotel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso a todos os lugares que planejamos ir – foi uma escolha muito acertada no âmbito do nosso planejamento. Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn está em Fenghuang e tem vista para a montanha, Wi-Fi grátis e estacionamento privativo grátis. O quarto é pequeno mas agradável. A cama é espaçosa e confortável. Tudo estava muito limpo. A varanda é uma graça e lhe permite uma bela vista do rio. Viajamos nas férias de verão e a cidade estava muito cheia. Se você procura por tranquilidade, talvez precise encontrar outro lugar. Se gosta de observar a intensa movimentação das pessoas pela orla do rio, então você vai gostar bastante.

Com vista para a montanha, Dream in Fenghuang fica em Fenghuang e tem restaurante, uma cozinha compartilhada, bar, jardim, terraço e churrasqueira. A acomodação disponibiliza Wi-Fi grátis. Breakfast simple and Chinese. The Buttering service provided at Dream at Feng Huang make all the differences. Let them know your needs and your arrival and they can wait at the service road to pick you up and carry your bags, as locating the property for foreigners can be challenging. Mr. Liu provides excellent guide and insight of Feng Huang sights and attractions. Exquisite Dinner available and is recommended. Suggest contacting the property to arrange personal pickup at the Train Station and the extra is only a token to remove the hassle to get to property and back to station.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station fica em Zhangjiajie e oferece vista para a cidade, Wi-Fi grátis e estacionamento privativo grátis. The service was great! Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

Mountain View Guesthouse oferece Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade e quartos com ar-condicionado em Zhangjiajie. Wow just amazing! The host was so helpful. I am so impressed. The rooms were clean and Nice. It is right by the park. But the host just made my stay amazing. Super friendly!

武陵山水客栈Wuling Shanshui Hotel oferece vista para a montanha em Zhangjiajie. Yuanjiajie fica a 8 minutos a pé de distância. Very nice host, short walking distance from park entrance, good breakfast, a lot of free water :)

XMAN Sunrise Peaks Resort fornece acomodação com piscina ao ar livre, estacionamento privativo grátis, academia e jardim em Zhangjiajie. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. They organized all of our day trips and made sure our stay was very comfortable every step of the way. The views from the infinity pool are truly amazing. Thank you so much to all of the staff.

A acolhida da anfitriã foi excepcional e fundamental pra que eu me movimentasse na cidade e seguiu me ajudando por wechat mesmo depois da minha partida! Só este tipo de atenção ja faria a viagem valer a pena! Tambem é muito dificil encontrar nesta parte da china alguem fluente em ingles mesmo em hoteis 5 estrelas
