We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

Literalmente amamos nuestra estadía aquí, fue muy corto el tiempo nos queríamos quedar más tiempo por su increíble hospitalidad, la habitación acogedora y perfecta, el desayuno delicioso, y sabores muy tradicionales. La manager muy atenta y servicial, nos llevó a ver tienditas en la noche y curo la rodilla de mi esposo con medicina ancestral china; y por último kang la recepcionista fue demasiado linda y su atención al cliente maravillosa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y felices. Volvería siempre. 100% recomendado!!!

La vidta de la habitacion es espectacular, la ubicacion esta muy centrica y puedes llegar facil a cualquiet parte del río, la vista de la noche fue muy bonita.

Ofreciendo vista a la montaña, Dream in Fenghuang en Fenghuang ofrece hospedaje, un jardín, una terraza, un restaurante, un bar y un casino. Se ofrece WiFi de cortesía. Todo, la ubicación, el lugar super limpio, bonito , las Camas super comodas, es libre de tabaco. El desayuno y la comida en general es deliciosa. Te ayudan en todo. Lo mejor es el servicio los empleados son super atentos y el dueño tuve el agrado de conocerlo muy pendiente ayudandome y lo que necesité. Sin duda es el mejor lugar dormirás super bien lejos del ruido pero a 50 metros de todo. Me dieron gratuitamente una mejor habitación.Muy recomendado.

The service was great! Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

El hotel está super nuevo, está muy muy limpio y moderno. El personal es extremadamente amable. Además el restaurante tiene una comida buenísima! Recomendamos probar la comida de este restaurante porque es de muy buena calidad!

云起山居庭院观景民宿 ofrece hospedaje en Fenghuang. Con habitaciones familiares, este establecimiento también proporciona a sus huéspedes terraza. La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación amplia y con una hermosa vista al centro histórico del pueblo. La anfitriona habla perfectamente inglés por lo que la comunicación es excelente y además nos resolvió muchas cosas, entre ellas nuestro viaje en bus a Guilin. También cuenta lavarropas como servicio gratuito. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.
