Hotel Angleterre is located on the shores of Lake Geneva facing the Alps, and is just 5 minutes by car or metro from the centre of Lausanne. The fitness centre is open daily between 06:30 and 22:00, and the outdoor pool is open on sunny days, usually from May to September. Everything was excellent, the room, the service. The pool is really nice and kept tidy. We loved our stay there.

It features 4 restaurants, exclusive spa facilities, and panoramic views of the city, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. Attentive staff in a luxuriously appointed hotel and rooms. Very good with kids. Their room had special treats for them etc. Made the stay feel very special. The spa and pool was a lovely surprise.

Our guests benefit from a preferential rate at the "Parking Indigo Lausanne Centre-Flon" located 500m from the hotel. Great experience with this hotel, amazing staff; delicious breakfast (the egg boiler is very impressive and considerate); the room is a very good size; the shower room is also roomy; love the location as it’s very easy walking to the metro and old town and a lot of restaurants nearby as well as the grocery store; so it’s really great value for money.

Located in Vers L'Eglise, 35 km from Train station Montreux, L'Auberge de L'Ours provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. 32 km from Chillon Castle and 33 km from Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel, the property features ski-to-door access, as well as a bar. The property offers a children's playground and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent and very special place. The restaurant was also a very nice surprise.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Very responsive and sweet owner. Beautiful place, would have loved to stay longer. The room is big, the bathroom is very clean. Lot of sweet details provided like lemon water, coffee machine, public transport tickets, all ready for when you arrive. The garden is just beautiful!

(We wished there had been a guest microwave available for warming them.)

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides a lift and full-day security for guests. Location was quiet, parking was great, and the apartment was clean.

Set in Les Diablerets, within 37 km of Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel, Chambre d'hôtes L'ours Bleu is an accommodation offering quiet street views. 39 km from Train station Montreux and 35 km from Chillon Castle, the property features ski storage space, as well as a garden. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. So this review propably will sound like one of those fake-reviews. In terms that everything was more than perfect. We traveled with our small dog by car and stayed here for 2 nights in summer. Stupid us: should have been at least four. The motto of Philippe and Arlette says it all: we think Switserland should be more welcoming to our guests, that's why we want to do everything we can. Anyway, this is what we liked about staying here: - The welcome: a drink with extensive info about the region. Followed by the best home made cheese fondue by Philippe (Freiburger-style :) ). Yes you have to pay for the dinner, but it's fantastic value for money looking at the nearby restaurants and the stunning view from the balcony. The cheese fondue was one of the best we ever had. - Our dog was much loved by both Philippe and Arlette. He felt home allright. - The breakfast. Holy moly. home cooked, too much fantastic local stuff. And again: the view. - The room. Clean, quiet, relaxed. Everything you want for chilling out. There are probably more things we can say, but this couple truly knows how to spoil you. We were more than happy we could be their guests. Merci Philippe and Arlette!
