The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice. We travelled to Schwangau in Germany to do the tour of Neuschwanstein Castle and it was a great location at a reasonable price for that. Also very accommodating for our toddler - they provided a travel cot with a little teddy - a nice touch. They also had a few other little touches that were really nice but I won’t spoil the surprise! 😊
