Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Everything was perfect. Super friendly staff, comfortable apartment, nice views on the mountains, great facilites, convenient location. We’ve stayed there for a week and will definitely stay again. Santa María de Alquezar offers views over the ancient castle of Jalaf Ibn Rasis and the Vero Canyon. It is set a traditional stone building with wooden features and Mudéjar brickwork.

Most rooms at the Santa María de Alquezar open onto a balcony and offer views of the surrounding countryside. All are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, a phone and a work desk. Breakfast was fabulous, our room was very comfortable, our view was great, not what we had hoped for but we booked too late to be choosy. The man who checked us in, Evo, remembered us from eight years ago. He didn’t just say he remembered, he remembered that we farmed and what we farmed. Evo remembered why we were there eight years ago. We remembered him, but for him to remember us was amazing. Eight years ago we only stayed 3 nights in this hotel, Evo definitely made us feel welcomed. He mentioned he would like photo with us before we left but that didn’t happen. We hope to be back in two years. Evo, we will make sure a photo happens then.

Pets may not use common areas such as restaurants, bars, pool, etc. Nice location for a stop during our road trip. Nice restaurant in the hotel.

Facilities at this design hotel include a gym. The hotel is in one of the main streets in Andorra la Vella. There is easy access to the shops and ski slopes We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.
