The location 20min outside of Sapa town was beautiful. Surelee and her family so welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the whole place clean even though there are only 2 shared shower and toilets. The meals were tasty and good portions and the guides Surelee organised for the hikes were great. Relaxing on the verandah watching local life around you was perfect. Loved it here!

I recently stayed at Hmong Sister House and was blown away by the hospitality and warmth of the staff. The homestay is a beautifully designed wooden house filled with traditional Hmong crafts and artifacts, and the natural landscape is simply stunning. One of the highlights of my stay was the opportunity to explore the nearby rice fields with the help of the friendly staff. The yellow paddle rice fields were especially fascinating and made for a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and activities for me during my stay. They were able to book everything from bus tickets to trekking tours to Fansipan trek, all at reasonable prices. I really appreciated their insights and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend Hmong Sister House to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable travel experience in a beautiful natural setting. The warm hospitality, stunning landscape, and helpful staff all combine to make for an amazing visit.

Zizi WAS AMAZING. The most kind and considerate host, she makes it feel like a home away from home. This homestay is a little out of Sapa town and is the perfect escape in the mountains. Zizi made us feel so welcome, booked us trekking with a local guide, and helped us book a bus to Hanoi after our stay. The homestay also had a lovely vibe with great people and we would definitely come back! Thank you so much

Sa was very helpful and making sure we were looked after throughout our stay. He even came to bid us goodbye on his day off work. The rooms we stay has an amazing view to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable. It was a wow moment upon entering. A convenient place and short walk to Sapa Town. Very accommodative owner who allowed us to freshen ourselves before leaving the hotel in the evening back to Hanoi. Highly recommended.

The staff were fantastic, really took care of us, even got a room upgrade. A young guy that worked there was from one of the villages, he took us on a private trekking tour, it was a great experience. They re-opened about a month ago and really go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. Great location with views over the lake.

The accommodation is absolutely worth it. A convenient location, quite nearby the center but quiet where you can immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery. What strikes me the most is the hospitable service, local savoury cuisine and beverage here. The staff are very supportive, knowledgable of local customs and habits. I can not wait to come back again. Next time, I will spend at least a couple of days to escape summer heat.

    The family is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. They have some really cute and friendly dogs and cats on the property. It’s a nice cosy home stay not too far out from town but by a nice rice terrace so you have a beautiful view.

    The house, view, host family, and staff are amazing. I arrived early, and they got my room ready as soon as the previous guest checked out so I could check in early. There are dogs and cats, so you must be animal friendly and better not allergic, but they all are nice and like pets.

    We love the place. Sadly it was hazy during our stay we were not able to watch movie and do the bonfire. The owner was very helpful arranging the pick up from the bus station. The place is 30 mins away from Sapa town. He also helped us arrange our tour around Sa Pa. We love his cat “Lux” and dog “Tot” those pets really touched our heart. They have fast internet as well so was able to work during our stay. 😊

    I liked the beautiful garden, and the location. Close enough to town but a little quieter. Dog friendly was a bonus and the garden was perfect for a small dog. The swimming pool looked nice
