The staff at memory homestay were very attentive. They helped us with many things including our laundry. They went above and beyond and hand washed our rain jackets after being covered in mud from a hike the previous day. Phuong who works at the front desk is the best, she made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us additional blankets to make sure we were not cold. All staff were amazing and if we’re ever in Phong Nha in the future we will be sure to come back to memory homestay

comfortable spacious room with a partial view of the lake, slightly outside of town but great for a retreat with free daily yoga classes and lots of animals and pets on the premises. hosts and staff were friendly and very helpful. didn't stay the first booking as they were accidentally overbooked but quickly arranged for an alternative place for me; and also kindly paid for it. thanks a lot! I hope to come back for more cave tours and to stay here again.

Huy is an exceptional host. He helped us planning the activities of our stay. He has good knowledge of Phong Nha. The room was very confortable, hot water with good pressure. The breakfast are very tasty and different every morning. Their is excellent coffee at good price. The homestay is 5 minutes away of the center (in scooter), so its close but very calm. We stayed 5 more nights than we were suppose to. Really enjoyed the place

Wonderful little riverside homestay with some rooms overlooking the river and mountains. Location makes it possible to get dropped off at the homestay pier after a cave boat ride which was cool. Cold drinks available 24/7. Free kayak and paddle board. Motorbike rentals and tours can easily be organised via the owner who also picked us up from a bus upon arrival, thank you! Rooms super clean with fan and AC.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness of the property. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and serene — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure I felt at home throughout my stay. One of the highlights was that the lady of the house kindly picked me up from the bus station, which was a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel welcome. She then personally showed me to the homestay, which was a great way to start my visit. In addition to being great hosts, they were also extremely helpful in organizing tours and assisting with transportation. They provided clear information about bus schedules and even helped me plan a few excursions during my stay. It's clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experience and are always ready to offer assistance when needed. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the personal care they put into making their guests feel comfortable. The homestay is in a quiet, peaceful area, making it a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing or outdoor activities.
