We loved our stay! The property is modern and exceptionally clean. It felt like we might have been the first people to sleep in the bungalow—everything was completely new! The bungalows are very spacious, the beds are super comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and even the hairdryer was amazing. 😅 The location is perfect: you can reach restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk while still enjoying the quiet, relaxing atmosphere by the little lake. But the most amazing part is the owners—they were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a property in this area, look no further—we would come back anytime!

We loved staying with this warm and kind family. It was a pleasure to meet them, and their pets were adorable too- a cockerel and little pup Milo. The bungalow we stayed in was gorgeous, so comfortable and thoughtfully finished. We loved the way the outdoor shower felt connected to the outside, but still had privacy. And the views of the karsts from the picture window we looked through in bed were unbeatable, especially at night, with all of the stars surrounding, and in the day you see the ponds, which bring so much life- we saw a kingfisher on our first morning! The food was freshly prepared and delicious: we were lucky to be there during pomelo season, which were generously shared with us, and there is great coffee (using the phin filter). They also offered free push bikes, which were so fun to explore the local area. We had a wonderful stay, and would come back in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice. Room was great. The staff were extremely accommodating with our ever changing check in time due to numerous bus delays. Coffee the dog was also super adorable.

Everything was amazing. Ngoan and her husband made sure we had a pleasant stay here, we had room services and food was very tasty. They helped us with getting transport to and from the homestay and even gave us a small snack on the way back. Can truly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and cozy homestay in Ninh Binh!

This is a little gem away in the countryside!! Super nice pool area and bungalows. The staff is also super nice. I would recommend for a gateway. The free bicycles is also a plus Breakfast buffet is good though lacking vegetarian /vegan options (coconut milk ? Vegan vietnamese food?) Was able to book my bus through them and get a pick-up straight at the hotel. The Chihuahuas are cute ! They even landed me a Vietnamese hat for my photos.

The owner was very nice and thoughtful. the room had a huge bed, a minimal style and a nice view. The stay is located in a very calm and relaxing place though not super close to the village centre. we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you :D
