We stayed twice at Lazy Cat and had a wonderful experience. We felt at home thanks to Duy and his family’s hospitality. The room was very spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. They helped us organize transport to other towns and were always very responsive and eager to assist. The heart and soul of the house are the three beautiful cats, which make the stay feel even more homely. Duy also gave us excellent food recommendations—be sure to follow them! If I ever return to Ha Giang, I will definitely stay there again.

Ninh and his family are fantastic. The hostel is really clean and the breakfast is great. They speak English and are really helpful. What's more, if you want to organise the Ha Giang loop, you are in the right place. Great experience in Yolo Hostel.

Had a nice stay at this hostel. There was a blackout when we arrived, but the staff gave us some lights to keep us comfortable. They also gave us a free lift to our bus pickup spot and a free coffee in the morning. Beds were comfy, room was spacious too. Great place.

I had one of my best travel experiences in Vietnam, thanks to the incredible hospitality of this homestay family! From the moment I booked, communication was seamless, ensuring all my arrangements were clear and stress-free. Despite my late arrival at 3:00 AM, the husband went above and beyond by personally picking me up, which immediately made me feel welcomed. The homestay itself was basic but more than sufficient for my needs—clean, cozy, and with spotless bathroom facilities. The next morning, the family extended their kindness further by inviting me to join them for a local breakfast and a visit to the vibrant Hmong market. It was a genuine cultural experience that I’ll never forget. I had pre-booked a 3D2N Ha Giang Loop trip through the homestay, and it was a fantastic journey! My easyrider was incredibly experienced, guiding me through breathtaking landscapes and ensuring I felt safe and comfortable throughout. To top it all off, when it was time to leave, the husband dropped me off at the bus departure point and even called the van company to confirm my pickup. Such thoughtful gestures made my experience truly outstanding. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel like part of the family and want to explore Ha Giang with seasoned locals, I highly recommend this homestay. It’s a perfect blend of warm hospitality and unforgettable adventure!

H'mong Village Resort is an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. The rooms r spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view. The staff's very friendly and enthusiastic. We arrived at two in the morning after traveling from Hanoi and had to wake up the hostess. She greeted us with a smile and arranged everything for us even though they do not commit to check-in at this time. Plus they let us leave our bags with them while we did the loop. And if all that wasn't enough she even welcomed us after the loop and let us stay at her house until our bus arrived back to Hanoi. In addition, the place is clean, the room is very cozy and there is even a beautiful balcony overlooking their vegetable garden. It is highly recommended !!

I liked the house, it's style, spacious rooms and very pleasant environment. There is so much water around and the sound it makes brings you to a deep peaceful sleep. This home has a river passing by it's rooms and you can refresh yourself in the fresh, clean water. You can also access the hills and male a nice hike/walk directly from this place. The must do is a dinner with the family.

    One of the most lovely and cozy homestays on our journey. The host family is amazing and extremely helpful. They have 3 sweet cats and one dog that were super chilled. The location is outside of the „city“ and therefore quiet and calm. Would come back 100% if we are back in Ha Giang

    I had a very comfortable stay. I was feeling a bit sick the day before my 3-day easy rider tour, but miraculously, I felt rejuvenated staying at this hotel (along with the help of a few probiotics and medications). The staff are exceptional and incredibly helpful. One of the staff got me a few bananas when I said I had a low appetite, which I greatly appreciate.

    Friendly owners and cute pet dog. Can hire bikes here I didn't as hired elsewhere I just stayed here when I returned from doing the loop, owner was outside till midnight cleaning his bikes and doing maintenance where needed so seem to be in top condition to hire. Breakfast was simple but fine. Room is basic but can sleep a group as there are a stack of mattresses to pay on the floor so a cheap stay if needed (it is a private room the lockers are just for pillows and blankets if more than 2 stay in the room)

    Great Place with a fantastic view. I came here from Austria. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and competent and pampered us. We felt like part of the family. Good support for things to do. Modern location with lots of wood and very clean. It's a pity that we were only there for such a short time.
