We never saw the staff, but our key was available for us and the cabin to our liking. It was a quiet place, with good beds. Since we stayed there on Labour Day we had some difficulties finding a restaurant, but in the end had dinner at the Hot Springs Hotel & Spa which was excellent and very closeby. We had breakfast at the Black Bear Café, also closeby and very good and cozy.

Beautifully recently renovated rooms. Chatty and helpful owner. Loved the outside sitting area.
