Walkably close to everything you want to do in Center City: Gayborhood, restaurants, bars, Chinatown, Rittenhouse, and more. The absolute nicest place I've ever stayed- rooftop pool overlooking the skyline, cozy apartment, outstanding staff, modern kitchen with floor to ceiling windows, and gorgeous views. Honestly I considered moving in to the residency!

Well, I really like the location to the Convention Center, which is why I was in Philly. I also appreciated how a grocery store and a gym were nearby. Overall everything I needed in the apartment I found. It was that relaxing that I stayed a night in the apartment. I love the washer/dryer opportunity as I was traveling for around 10 days.
