My room was spotless and organised with a balcony view that made Kigali’s skyline sparkle at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. One even helped me plan a day trip to the city (Mr. Hirwa) The location is central, making it easy to explore Kigali. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! I stayed at the Tea House for a business trip and had a fantastic time there. They took really good care of me, from the airport pickup to the very last day. The included breakfast was fantastic and I would also highly recommend having dinner there during your stay. There was unfortunately a slight issue with the booking, but they resolved the issue as seamlessly as possible. It was easy to get around, with lots of facilities nearby (ATM, SIM card sellers) and I felt very comfortable in the area also at night. If I return to Kigali, I would happily stay at the Tea House again.

The staff is very friendly. Especially Emanuel at the reception. He helped us with everything we needed in a very professional and familiar way. The cleaning lady was making us feel as we would stay at our own home. Everything was perfectly clean when she finished. And it seems that the chef was working at a gourmet restaurant before. The food was the best we had on the whole trip. Make sure you try the goat stew and the cordon bleu. We can totally recommend the hotel.
