Location is great to visit San Bernardino and surroundings. It is about 45 minutes from Asunción so good to get in the capital as well. Enclosed garden and pool are a great bonus.

House is in very calm, serene neighborhood, it has a lot of appliances to use - coffee maker, toster, blender,oven, outside grill and of course small and charming swimming pool. Owner is very nice and helpful and speaks English, very willing to help.

Excellent location, the property owners were very hospitable and the property itself was lovely.
