Very kind & supportive staff; very delicious breakfast (nice concept with buffet but also additional ordering at the table); „at home“ feeling in my room with comfortable interior design (love for every detail & small gestures). I arrived at the hotel in the evening. Very friendly first impression and the prompt agreement that they will turn on the sauna for me. I could go in my room and get comfy & then directly downstairs after 20mins to enjoy an empty & most pleasant spa atmosphere. Big love!

I loved the helpful staff, the location and the exquisite property. Ao Chiado is very close to the streetcar line, and you can catch the very famous and scenic streetcar # 28 for an inexpensive tour over the ols streets to see the sights of the historic section of town.

Rooms are very spacious, well equiped, nicely decorated. They rather feel like an appartment instead of a room. Staff very helpful and in line with 5* standards. All I can say is that, I am SO SO SO SO glad I found Altis Prime Hotel for our trip!!! If I were to list everything that was amazing about the hotel and the staff, I am afraid the list would be too long! We were so so happy throughout our stay at the hotel and so so sad to leave!! Wish we could stay longer as it feels like homeee! We got the Triple Room and the extra bed for the third guest was comfortable:) The kitchen was amazing, my mum cooked everyday! All the staffs are were 10/10, so kind, so helpful, so accomodating! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We even kept our luggages with the hotel after checkout and return to pick it up when we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost:) All the best to the hotel and keep up the fantastic work! I will DEFINITELY choose Altis Prime Hotel for all my future stay in Lisbon!
