The service and staff were ON POINT! Best customer service I’ve had by far. They approach you, you don’t have to call them. They refill your water without you asking them. This shows they’re attentive and eyes are on their guests. They’re very friendly and accommodating. The food is surprisingly good, too! I usually don’t expect hotel food to be good but they had a good selection with strong flavors.

The unit was clean as well as outside the apartment. Great place to stay especially with kids. The staff, Ate Recel welcomed us with great hospitality and always available when we needed assistance throughout the stay. Quiet place and very relaxing stay, the whole family loved the stay.     CrisFil has most of the advantages of a backpacker inn. Its right around the boulevard area where majority of the food spots are located. The rooms are clean & SO AFFORDABLE. The staff were super friendy & accommodating. And the best part, they are a pet friendly lodge - and the owner takes in rescue dogs & takes great care of them. Theyre the sweetest furkids of Duma.
