The room was exceptionally well-presented and very spacious and comfortable, with ample room and space for sleeping, sitting/relaxing and working. The breakfast selection was extensive and second-to-none with many, many options available, offering very good value for money. We booked two nights for six people and had a wonderful time on the sailing yacht LYRA. It was quite spacious for our group, clean and a unique experience in a beautiful location. Captain Casey was very friendly and even gave us tips for our stay in the area. We would definitely recommend it, thank you!

Absolutely beautiful room and location. The room is located in its own separate section of the house, with a small garden that looks out over the countryside. Great view of the sunset and the only sound we could hear was lovely birdsong. It was spotless and kitted out with everything we could need. Brilliant shower and spacious bathroom, and exceptionally comfortable bed. We didn’t want to leave! The hosts, Marilyn and Michiel, were wonderful. Really friendly, kind and welcoming, and very helpful. Really very nice people. They even supplied fresh eggs from their chickens, and showed us around! They explained local routes, walks and shops, there is a very helpful guide to the area and the room on arrival, and they lent us bicycles to ride in the countryside. It is one of the best places I have stayed in, and would definitely return if I came back to NL. It is so rural and quiet, and yet only a 30 minute bus ride into central Amsterdam.
