Staff are very responsive for both prior to check ins and during the hotel stay. Our flight back to Tana actually got delayed multiple times and the owner (Elma) and her staff were keeping us informed and arranged us to stay for one more night. Much appreciated! It’s a small place where you can feel like home. Pascal was great with recommendations and super helpful supporting to arrange bookings for a scooter or excursion.
