The property was brand new. Very clean with good appliances. It was in a quiet apartment block just 5 minute walk from old town Kotor. Private parking just 10 meters away. Any questions were quickly answered by host who was very friendly. Absolutely recommend

The apartment is fantastic, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Kristina gave us a warm welcome and provided us with some insider tips. The apartment was in immaculate condition. It had been freshly renovated, and we were the third guests to stay there. If we travel to Kotor again, we will definitely stay with Kristina and her wonderful apartment.

Perfect position for a visit Kotor town (in a walking distance), historic town of Perast and the small island in nearby. The host, Marijana, is very kind, empathic and helpful: she recommended what to visit and how, recommended (based on our request) a good fish restaurant and helped us to find a parking place. The equipment of the appartment was very nice and practical.

There is a well-stocked shop and a sensational bakery in the neighbourhood. The delicious breads and other baked goods - including pizza - were an incredibly good part of Wednesdays and other meals. The flat was very spacious and had 3 terraces/balconies from which to enjoy the amazing views of the Bay of Kotor. We were there in January. It was a sensational time to visit and relax without the crowds of tourists.

The house itself is very authentic and very well equipped. Spacious rooms and 2 big bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are very nice and extremely clean. The location is the best as you have everything in the aeria of 300m....coffee shops, supermarket, park for kids. The parking is in front of the house. The host Darko is extremely helpful and always at your disposal.

Great hotel, beautifully done rooms with good facilities and a nice breakfast and good choice of dinner restaurants. The hotel has a dock of you are collected by boat it’s easy to access but by road it can have a lot of traffic and be narrow so be aware of you drive there.

Kotor old town is really nice, but staying in this place made it really special for us. It is a beautiful place with an amazing view of the bay. The pool is the highlight. If you want to have the full experience of Kotor spend onw night out of Old Town in this nice villa and you will never want to leave.

    Excellent, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a stunning location. Some great local restaurants and very handy to be close to a supermarket. Would recommend restaurants Barba and Babilon. The hike up to the old fortress is worth getting up early for, but don't try it in the heat of the day. We also loved the boat trip to the Blue Cave and a trip into the mountains trying local produce and with incredible views of the bay. Great to be so close to the sea too. An idyllic holiday.
