The property gives you a real feel of Morocco. It has all the facilities you’ll need. Everything is clean and presentation was exceptional. Location of the property is great too, main road is a 5-10 minute walk with great food around. The owners are a great example of Moroccan hospitality, they were very helpful and took care of us from start to finish. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is going to stay in ouarzazate.

Fantastic location in the middle of the mountains and by the oasis, with a stunning view. Nice huts, a lovely terrace and a good dining area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We went for a shorter hike/walk the second day and the surroundings are stunning. Highly recommend.

We absolutely recommend this place.We enjoyed the location which is at the edge of the city quiet and peaceful for resting after a long visiting day.Breakfast and dinner was well served. I loved everything about our stay in Le Petit Riad. Aimed was absolutely incredible - he helped us from the minute we arrived in planning excursions and helping us get a lift from the airport. Everyday he made us feel like family and his level of service was impeccable. He honestly made our whole trip & even organised a special dinner for my boyfriends birthday was was exceptional & even sang him happy birthday. The whole thing was so special. All of the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. Genuinely we can’t wait to go back to hopefully see them all again. They all work so hard everyday. The meals were amazing as there are limited options for eating out in Ouarzazate. We ate at the Riad most evenings and the food options were amazing / varied. It is amazing value for money and so incredibly tasty - bravo to the kitchen staff! The breakfasts were also very tasty & amazing value for money. The property itself is absolutely stunning! All areas were beautifully done & the pool was stunning to relax by. Every area is beautiful and I can’t fault the facilities in the slightest. It genuinely is an 11/10 stay & amazing value for the price.

The stay here was fantastic, Brahim is very nice and the place too, we met his family and his wife cooked dinner for us and I have never eaten better here in Morocco. The view is splendid and the rooms are lovely and well kept. He explained Berber culture to us a bit and the history of what they went through, it was very interesting. We didn't have a lot of time but he also offers to do guided tours in the old Berber caves which I look forward to do in my next trip here. I have really felt at home here and he also gifted us a couple pomegranates that we wanted to buy. If you want to stay somewhere near Marrakech/Ouarzazage and visit the Moroccan mountains I recommend this place, I dare say it's even better than Dades Gorges.

    Very nice place, very quiet, good breakfast and helpful staff. We all fell in love with the hotel dog Ceasar. He is a young boy of six month and for that reason he can be a bit intense, but still just a fantastic sweet dog :)

    Le petit riad is very close to the airport and therefore the perfect location to start or end your holidays. But it's definitely worth more than a stopover. Despite the proximity to the airport the Riad is calm and cozy, and Fatima and her lovely team are super helpful and adorable, the food is great ( also excellent vegetarian options). A perfect place to spend a couple of days to discover Ouarzazate and the region.

    The hotel is a house with a few rooms, a small swimming pool and a small dinner/breakfast room. The room was standard, clean and Moroccan-style comfy. There is indoor parking for one car, otherwise its outside. The location of the hotel is very bad, unpaved street through a shady neighbourhood, very dark and stray dogs. Wouldn't walk around after darkness - only with the car. The owner is very friendly. Breakfast was good.

    We had a lovely stay in Danièle's apartment and would very happily stay again. It is well decorated, with comfortable beds, a kitchen with key utensils and a nice terrace. It is located in a family friendly suburb of Ouarzazate and we found it easy to get the cheap petit taxi to the various places we wanted to go. Danièle was also a helpful host, including by lending us an electric toothbrush charger.

    Great location well outside of Ouarzazate (there was no lake though). Felt secluded. Even though the last 5 mins of the drive was off road, the 2WD rental car handled it fine. Room was huge with multiple beds. Food was yum (with a vegan option) as was the wine. Resident cats were very friendly to us, but not to each other.
