The hospitaly of Mohammed. We ask for dinner because we expected to arrive at night, but we have lost on the way and finally arrived very late (almost 1am). Despite this, he waited and even prepared dinner for us when we arrived. I highly recommend this accomodation.

The owner was extremely nice, and welcomed me directly after entering the village. There was great food, I had a room for myself, and everything was fine.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for this accommodation. A refund was not possible, but our host offered us the dates we wanted to stay at no extra charge. He was true to his word! Oukaimeden is a beautiful place. Our host, Rachid, was exceptionally helpful during our short stay. The Gite was basic, but comfortable, and had better WiFi than anywhere we stayed in Morocco this year. Breakfast was good, and Rachid has a small restaurant a few minutes walk away from the Gite where a lovely tagine for dinner is available.

Set in Imlil, 45 km from Takerkoust Barage Marrakech, Gîte akioud mazik offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden.

We felt like we were in the most modern house within a 100 km radius. It’s something you wouldn’t expect when looking at the surrounding villages. Great stay! The place is incredible, since the first time we you feel welcome. Nice big rooms (big like an apartment), nice design and great view to the mountains! The garden is a pure dream, the place is very well looked after. The highlight of this place is Mustapha, owner and chef of this place, that does his job with passion and love. His dishes are worthy of Masterchef, I was amazed. It was a pleasant discovery, congrats!

Gorgeous guesthouse with lovely views and such a peaceful ambience. Excellent breakfasts and the dinners were great too - we stayed four nights and ended up eating at the house every night because the food was so good. The house is an excellent base for exploring the mountains (we had a hire car for getting around.)
