Very friendly staff!! very attentive and will always advise where to go, they care about the safety of their guests. Delicious home cooking and very filling and tasty breakfasts! All products are fresh. BBQ = 🔥 The pool is top. The view from the window is just chic. The manager advised us which places to visit and helped with organizing leisure time. Thank you guys for your attention, help and conversations!

The stay was amazingly great ! The staff was friendly,caring and professional. The rooms are spacious and with the latest amenities. The view to the pool and to the balconies were breathtaking. When they ask about food preferences one week before the stay, we ask for western food for both dinner and breakfast and they arrange a mouthwatering christmas eve dinner table for our family of 15 people with a three course sit down menu. So the stay went so great and amazing.

We came to Kingsman after having climbed Adam's peak and it was such a great decision as we felt pretty much at home and were able to relax and rest in a beautiful place but also enjoy everything Kandy has to offer. The room was really well equipped, with very comfortable beds and amazing shower. The view from the hotel was super nice as it is in the hills so very green :) There is a big shared terrace where you can chill and where we spent a lot of hours playing games or would also do yoga. The breakfast is delicious and is served in a patio which is sooo nice!! And the staff is really lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Incredible hosts. Perfect stay in Kandy. Good location. Up a big hill which was great for the views and the quiet, however if you aren't very mobile it's quite a trek without a tuk tuk. The room was perfect.

I had nice time in Kandy also because I stayed in this accommodation. The owner was the best from all guest houses I had in Sri Lanka. He can help you with everything what you will need. He is very good man with good heart. My single room was like a hotel room with nice and new bathroom. Internet works perfectly so I could work. He also sells water with regular price in the accommodation. He can give you many tips about activities near Kandy. Location of the house is in quiet street but very closed to the main road. If you go to Kandy stay here.
