Big open area, nice room , very beautiful environment, Peradeniya flower garden balcony views, sport events locations , book reading place , music place Staff is very kindly and honest and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect! Room and bathroom were clean, swimming pool was very cosy. But the most important-the host is very helpful. He helped us a lot! If we ever visit Sri Lanka again - this is only place in Kandy we will be staying.

Exceeded very expectation. A beautiful place to be, very clean and really central (without any street noise). The food was delicious, service extremely attentive and caring, even offered espresso coffee at breakfast without additional charge. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean! There’s hot water and shampoo and body wash provided. Towels are really good. The balcony has nice view. Breakfast has lots of choices and it was really yummy. The owner is so kind and helpful in anything you need. He even took us to rent the scooter. Best accommodation I’ve stayed in all Sri Lanka!

Absolutely amazing Homestay! The room was clean, modern and comfortable with incredible views from the balcony. The hosts are incredible! They are friendly and they really make you feel like part of the family. All the meals I had there were super delicious. It is a bit out of Kandy so it is really peaceful and quiet. I loved it. I also think this would be a great place for people who want to do remote work.

This is a real hotel feeling stay. Very friendly welcome. Maxi and the chef are so sweet. Loved the location, close to busy Kandy (walking distance to Relic of Tooth) but far enough to have a quite and peaceful stay. The view is really amazing, no matter which room you have, same for breakfast (it's served outside with the stunning view). The rooms are very neat and the bathroom is really nice, hot shower and strong water 💪🏼
