Perfect place!!! The cabanas are spacious and very clean with the best shower we had in Sri Lanka. The pool is clean and large and a bonus for hot hours, we were with children who really enjoyed it. The host, Gamani, is so kind, helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better place than this.

The tiny house really is beautiful as it's in the middle of the jungle and super comfortable. the nature is at full force as monkey and birds are seen regularly. The people were so kind and the food was really good. The prices are very competitive too. Overall top place!

Perfect location with 10’ walk to the Sigiriya rock entrance and to the local restaurants. Very clean, breakfast from Surangi was delicious. Nothing else to ask for .. We spent 2 nights there and really rested, enjoyed the view to the rock and the stunning sunrise.

Our visit to Sigiriya was WONDERFUL and mainly, that was thanks to the family who runs Panoramic Rock View Villa. This was the homestay where we have felt the most welcomed, Malindu, Sanju and their parents made us feel like home. Besides their amazing hospitality, we loved the place: quiet, peaceful, close to many restaurants and with amazing views to Lion’s rock. The front garden was very nice and we had a little porch in front of the room where we had some local and tasty breakfasts. Wide room and confortable beds. The owners’ son took us on a Safari and helped us spot many elephants (even being a rainy day). They also have a tuk tuk so we relied on them any time we wanted to move around: Dambulla caves or Pidurangala rock. In conclusion, we left the place wishing we could stay a lot longer. No doubts if we ever come back to Sri Lanka, Panoramic Rock View Villa will be a MUST. Thank you for making our trip better🙏
