The most incredible location in a village with breathtaking views. The food is fabulous, and you can see how things are cooked as the kitchen is open. Kids loved making their own food with the two ladies who cook traditional meals. Freshwater pool is really good, and you can feel the freshness of the spring water. There were cinnamon trees everywhere and Jagath shows us how cinnamon is cut and prepared as a spice. We will definitely return next year.

Jay’s and Anju’s place is one that cannot be missed! ! Located on the route from Dambulla to Kandy close to both cities and many other attractions, like hill walks or waterfalls. A wonderful and comfortable hotel in a stunningly beautiful place on the lake. A spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the sunrise. Delicious food and a pleasant stay. This place was an absolute experience! This place is truly a honeyland. The drive to the hotel offer beautiful views (see photo attached). We were met with great hospitality and kindness. The family was very welcoming, and their presence created a comfortable and homie atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner was great. Our room was in a new building on the property (see second photo below). It was big and luxurious, and exceeded our expectations. I would like to thank the Honeyland family again for our stay, and their kindness.
