Raj and the team keep the villa perfectly clean and tidy. It is well appointed and true to all the photos. The food was great and breakfast was delicious. Raj was very responsive assisting with transport and making plenty of helpful suggestions. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property, especially for large family groups. We were 6 adults and everyone had plenty of space and was comfortable. Would happily return.

AMAZING STAY. Janaka and his wife are adorable and so hospitable. The place was very peaceful and the views are incredible. Janaka’s wife’s cooking was also nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend and plan to come back one day in the future!

This is a carefully designed small cottage. Compact but very comfortable. Out door sitting areas, stoned carved seats and bath tubs, swings, tree house nets. Kids loved it. We loved the peaceful nature and the calm environment.

The view is breathtaking, and the weather is just amazing. The place is incredibly clean and very convenient. They've got a HEATED POOL! WIFI! and a whole lot of books you can catch up on. I love the concept.. Highly recommended.

Really nice and modern room / bathroom. Comfortable bed and all the stuff provided that you need for your daily cleaning / bathroom. Abele equipped kitchen to use. Providing of free drinking water, tea and coffee. The family and staff there is very nice and helpful. I could also use the washing machine for free. Laundry that I hanged in the garden was with the sun was dry after a few minutes :)

It was perfect. Manyura and his wife are super warm, welcoming, and lovely. The breakfast was sooo tasty. They served something new each morning (Sri Lankan breakfast). We even had dinner with them once and it was honestly the best meal we had so far in Sri Lanka. The house (and the garden!!) are very beautiful and the room was clean and spacious. They also have three very nice dogs which are addicted to cuddles :-) All in all, the perfect stay, we would return anytime. Recommendation 10/10. Thanks again for having us (and also for giving us a ride to the train station). :-)
