Super chill host, makes you feel right at home. The cottage is totally separate from the main house, so you've got tons of privacy – way better than most homestays. This place is truly excellent. The location is close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The washroom was quite nice. There is parking in the compound. The gentleman who looks after the place is quite kind and helpful. He really went out of his way to help us in so many ways - doing the laundry, organising a taxi to the airport, making me so many cups of tea. Really an excellent experience.

Everything was wonderful. The place is this beautiful colonial building sorrounded by the lush greenery of Sri Lanka. They have two pools and the restaurant is facing one of them. The rooms are beautiful as well. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and all the staff was very helpful acommodating the needs of my two children. It was too short of a stay. I'd have loved to spend some more time enjoying the facilities. We stopped there because our plane was arriving at the airport in the evening. From the airport to the Villa is just around 20min.

My stay was beyond expectations ! I was going through a lot of chaos because of flights being delayed and then cancelled, and I had to go back and forth between the airport and the house a few times. Although it was a stressful time for me, the host was super helpful and flexible, she did everything in her power to make it easy for me, and I am very grateful for it! The proximity to the airport is very pratical, the host can recommend a friendly tuktuk driver with a fair price to get there. The house is well decorated, the bedroom simple and neat, the bed very comfortable. I will definitely come back :)
