The service was extremely warm and welcoming, nothing was an issue. The breakfast was delicious, we loved sitting outside watching all the beautiful birds and the view. I highly recommend this hotel, it was the best part of our trip to Kandy. Thank you to the lovely staff for the impeccable service.

AMAZING STAY. Janaka and his wife are adorable and so hospitable. The place was very peaceful and the views are incredible. Janaka’s wife’s cooking was also nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend and plan to come back one day in the future!

I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and transportation. Everything about this place is absolutely perfect! The room, the cleaning, the attention to details they had, the view, the food, from Breakfast to the dinner they were perfect, the location immersed into the nature in the jungle of ella hills and close to the river , but last the main important thing, our host family, with nirosh conducting everythinh we needed like he was our captain of the ship. I absolutely loved it. went there with my girlfriend this has been the best choice of our trip to sri lanka. Highly recommended! We came as guests, we left as friends. I cannot explain it in words, you have to try it yourself. 10/10 is my vote only because i cannot put 100. Perfect!❤️

Exceptional stay! Highly recommended! My experience at TranquilZ was absolutely top notch. The location was very convenient as it was about five minutes away from the Kandy city. The hospitality was outstanding and the space was impeccably clean. The property is newly opened; with its pristine conditions and modern amenities it was a comfortable and inviting place to stay. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a flawless stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future when I visit Kandy.
