It is extremely clean and the owner is very accommodating and kind. They are very considerate of cleanliness and the bed and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable and the location is very peaceful.

Fantastic new hotel, very unique interior design, stunning views from the terrace. We were super happy with everything and it was our favorite hotel during our entire trip to Sri Lanka. Jamaka was an amazing host and he really took good care of us. Food was amazing too.

I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and transportation. We loved everything about this place! We were only sad we couldn't stay longer. Deer Hill is run by such a welcoming and kind family who were the highlight of our stay. They prepared an exceptional breakfast and dinner for us each day and saw to our every need. They even arranged a van for us to go to Pidarungala Rock and drove us there as a family! 🥹 The rooms and living area at Deer Hill are spacious and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was just lovely. The place is located in such a beautiful environment close to nature, without being too far from the city. It's perfect! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kandy 🩵

From the first contact with the owner I understand that our experience in this location will be a pleasant one. But in fact what we received was much more than our expectations !!! First the location is very good, easy to arrive by bus, very clean and well decorated, many commodities around. Shawn is the most amazing person we ever met! He helped us with a lot of advice, showed us around, and helped us to arrive in time to the railway station. He is the perfect person to contact if you need any help !!! Always ready to help and to support support people in need! Finally after just one day, we become family friends! His children are amazing, very sweet and well educated! It was really difficult to leave the place ! If you are a single woman travel, this is the best save place to stay in Kandy !

Exceptional stay! Highly recommended! My experience at TranquilZ was absolutely top notch. The location was very convenient as it was about five minutes away from the Kandy city. The hospitality was outstanding and the space was impeccably clean. The property is newly opened; with its pristine conditions and modern amenities it was a comfortable and inviting place to stay. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a flawless stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future when I visit Kandy.
