Accommodation at the Hilton Hotel pleasantly surprised me with their communication and implementation of measures needed for my family member who required disabled services. The accessibility was high (except for the access to the hotel and the bar on the 31st floor), so with assistance, it was truly a great experience. The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level. Overall, I would rate my stay at this hotel as an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, communication, and professionalism, and also needs assistance and provision of disabled services. These people know how to provide services and how to quickly learn from and improve situations. Truly a great experience of humanity and professionalism

We had a fantastic stay at Le Caravelle. The location was very convenient, the facilities were great, especially the pool and garden areas, but the best were definitely the people who worked there who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!
