I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. First of all, million thanks from me to Mr Batyr. He's a very wonderful host that keep in touch with me since before the day I arrive at TodooResort. He ask me details about my trip, the time we will arrive and give me a gentle reminder that the Kegen border operating hours since I'm from Almaty. Birthday decoration was outstanding. Since my client request to have a decoration of birthday in his room, Mr Batyr gave 200% effort to make his dream comes true. Once arrived at TodooResort, we welcomed by Mr Batyr and his staff, they help carry our luggage into our room. Food and drinks served on the table. Confetti for birthday surprise has been prepared. Horse-riding was spectacular around Karakol Valley. The activity has been booked by Mr Batyr for 2-hours. Since we request a sunset atmosphere, we start around 3.30PM (local time). In Karakol Valley, the air is crisp and fresh, and every step your horse takes brings you closer to nature’s untouched beauty. Delicious breakfast served local porridge, bread with jam, coffee/tea and hot chocolate every day at TodooResort. They also have pre-order meals for lunch and dinner on their menu. Just need to be inform host early. 2nd day stay host accompany us to Karakol Ski Resort and help with the rental service since we do not speak Kyrgyz/Russian language. This is what i called host from heaven. Last night, we had a truly wonderful BBQ experience spent 3-4 hours for BBQ. Shashlik meat and lamb. Neighbour room from Russia join also and we had a good time chatting and exchange informations about each other hometown. . The atmosphere was warm and lively, the food was delicious. All in all, from the moment I reached TodooResort, the host and staff welcomed me with flowers and a complimentary food and drink on the table. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process. Of course, I would love to visit again this TodooResort in future.

Calm and beautiful location. It is inside the national park. The view of the valley was so beautiful. It's very near to karakol Ski Resort ( just 3km away) The host is fluent with English language, and they are arranged for us to take a one day horse trekking tour to alakul lake for a cheap price. That was a good experience. We went for a bath in the river in front of the stay. The food was amazing.

About 10 minutes further up the hill from Eljab, the surrounding countryside offers panoramic mountain views. At sunset, the cows come to their own home, and the landlady milks the well-fed cows. The landlady's daughter is like Heidi of the Alps, and her younger siblings offer snacks from their pockets. Elsa also has a limited Wi-Fi, which is a bit of a drawback. The hot springs are at the Arasan Hotel (a non-residential hot spring; number 2 had a nice view). It felt like staying overnight at a Kirky family home.

Beautiful location overlooking the mountains. Great view of the stars in the night. Comfortable beds and clean room. The private hot spring at the hotel is great! You just have to reserve it at the reception on arrival and is included in the price. Take your own towel because they don't come with the room. Tea in the restaurant is included in the price as well. The food in the restaurant is basic but tasty. Our host spoke very well English which was a bonus! We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room price. Definitely recommend to stay here.

The couple who run it were extremely friendly and helpful. They didn’t speak much (any, really!) English but we were still able to communicate and have a laugh with them. It’s in a good location, easily walkable to a supermarket, places to eat etc. The room was comfortable with eclectic decor! Good value for money.
