Convenient, free car park, very suitable to travel and stay with family, wake up to wonderful mount fuji view, ample restaurants around, private toilet with separate bathroom which is very spacious. The tatami room is very suitable for infant to roll around.

Owner of this villa responded my questions very fast. So, it was very easy to communicated with. Beds are very soft and comfortable. It was very thoughtful that they set-up multiple hot drink choices and seasoning. There are more than enough kitchenwares you need. This place has fancy japanese ohuro tub which fill up itself and keeps water temperture you like(also, there is shampoo, hair conditional, body wash, toothbrush, paste and towels provided). Only complain is that I hope upstair bedrooms had curtain on. We enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

The accommodation is beautiful and very clean. There are complete kitchen equipment. It is convenient for eating in the accommodation. There is a convenience store not far from the accommodation. The bed is comfortable. There is an onsen in the house, also a foot bath outside the house. All members of the trip were very impressed with the accommodation here. Highly recommended!!

The hotel was amazing, a typical ryokan bedroom in the middle of the nature but with a more modern style. We completely loved the private Onsen, it is located outside the complex and you can see the trees from it, it’s beautiful and relaxing, and since it’s private you can schedule a time to use it and it’s possible to find a spot easily. The place is clean and well equipped, spacious room and with a balcony with nature views. Additionally, one day we were visiting the town, and lost the last available public transport. To get to the hotel it was 2 hours walking in the night, but they helped us sending someone from the staff to pick us up and take us to the hotel without charge. We are really grateful for this, and we could not believe how good they were with us. Arigatō gozaimashita.

The property was very clean and had many cleaning supplies in case were needed. All linen and towels used were clean. The location was very close to many good restaurants (though beware they close early!) including a supermarket! It was 15 minute drive to Hakone volcano summit and around 5 minute drive to popular onsens and hiking areas. The area is very quiet so beware for groups to not be too loud at night. The owner was very thorough with check-in and check-out information so we did not have any trouble. The internet worked great and so did all amenities. I was happy I could bring my dogs! They had a great time at the little gated area offered!
