After reading other reviews, I recommend reading in advance what exactly you are booking. It's not a 5* hotel, but an eco camp. I had booked a simple room with a shared bathroom and that's exactly what I got. Common sense should tell you that cold showers can be unpleasant in cold weather and that hot water is not always available in an eco camp in this location. Because I read it several times: if you don't have a towel in your room, you can just ask for one 😉 .That's great and easy because you get one straight away 🙂 (or for anything else they will also go above and beyond to help you). In any case, I got what I booked... and also breathtaking scenery, the warmest all-round service from all the staff ❤️, cats without end, great local fresh food...and if I hadn't already awarded 10 points for that, then also for the free upgrade after the first night to a room with its own bathroom, hot shower and unobstructed view. Thanks to Hamid (the first person from Jemen I got to know 🙂) and his team for some magical days.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Dana Luxury Huts with our family (2 adults and 4 young children). The family that runs the place is extremely welcoming and made our stay exceptional. The food is delicious and the views breathtaking. Only a stone throw away from Dana village, it allows for several hikes to enjoy the reserve. Highly recommended!

Special place with a really nice owner, that knows what traveller needs, because he traveled around the Word a lot. He told us a lot about Jordan, invited us for dinner and Tea. We liked this place. Peaceful. No cars. Hobbit houses are made of natural materials and nice decorated. We recommend this place to all nature lovers.

Really nice spot, the room was really nice and clean. You can really relax. I really enjoyed spending time with the owner at night. You can smoke the chicha in a nice living room with Jordan carpets. True experience! "no, no, no" will be forever in my mind!

    I liked the cosy rooms and clean shared bathroom, the garden with fruit trees and nice views, and the home-made Jordanian breakfast and dinner. The premises is also house to a flock of pigeons, ducks, a shy rabbit, an extremely friendly dog and a cat. My daughter loved playing with the animals and was quite upset when leaving the lodge. The lodge is in a secluded location, inaccessible by car (actually about a hundred meters down a trail starting from behind the local mosque)

    This is a small chill place with 4-5 Hobbit houses. The houses and the toilets/showers are very clean. The kids enjoyed playing with ducks, pigeons, rabbit, cat, dog. excellent place to enjoy the nature and hit the hiking trails nearby.

    Super cute accommodation and very well decorated. The rooms were clean and spacious. Also the outdoor shared bathrooms and showers were clean and had everything you needed. The water was hot. The location is good, an easy downhill walk from the main town. We parked in the town and walked. There are a lot of dogs, but all very kind or shy. The puppy Jack living there is the cutest fluff ball.

    The houses are very well designed: super comfortable, very original and an eye for detail. The rooms and the bathroom facilities are super clean. The place is in a nice location: a 2 minute walk from the village within a natural environment and away from cars. Nice view over the valley. The owners are very friendly guys who manage to serve a delicious breakfast and a surprise goodnight tea, even on very windy winternights :) plus they take care off the cutest little dog, just watch out for your socks :)
