The hotel in a large piece of land next to a small town. It is peaceful and quiet. I had give free upgrade for a huge room with four post bed and massive high ceiling. Dinner was absolutely exquisite and delicious .

Super cozy stay, we arrived late and the owner was very flexible and helped us get in. this is a gem in the countryside, it was like staying and my nonna's house, it had fresh homemade breakfast and animals with a beautiful big garden. 100% recommended.

very friendly personal :) we arrived late hours after the check in but the owner was very kind to wait for us a bit longer time to give the key and all the necessary information. very nice location - half an hour from Venice and you end up in a peaceful corner. comfortable room and comfortable bed, warm and clean. good breakfast - not only Italian style but also an European one (scrambled eggs by wish). overall super great choice for its value, highly recommend! and also it seem to be a local winery where you can taste and purchase the bottle of your choice :)

From mid 2018 to late 2019 I stayed at Centrale almost every week and only stopped because my employer decided to rent a villa close by. Back then the in summer the rooms were sweltering and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. Fast forward to today and the rooms have air conditioning and I had a very comfortable stay. Also in 2019 the hotel had a restaurant but the food was very basic. That has now been changed to an all day coffee shop/eatery and it seems like it's become a hub for locals as it was very busy especially in the mornings. The breakfast is fresh and the coffee is very good! The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful. The new owners have improved Centrale for sure and I will be staying there anytime I visit Resana.

    Location is great if you want to enjoy peace and quiet after a long day in the tourist-heavy Venice. All the smaller but extremely charming towns worth discovering are 25-40 km away. Worth visiting! The pool is large and clean. From Thursday to Sunday, you can order drinks and food by the pool. The manor itself is authentic, with large and spacious rooms. Suitable for both families and solo travelers.
