The Terre Rosse couple are very friendly and helpful! The property is beautiful, the room was very comfortable (especially the bed, one of the best I've ever slept in). Everything is very clean and fragrant, a mini bar is fully stocked and reasonably priced, delicious bathroom amenities made with olive oil, the heater works perfectly, free parking (including space for an electric car), an absurd silence and peace on the property! It's less than a 5-minute drive from Cascate del Mulino, they also rent bikes for those who don't want to drive! Breakfast full of homemade and delicious foods. A perfect place in Saturnia!

Lovely unique place. The natural Source and Algae I think can hit the mind and the soul of most sceptical and rational people. You immediately understand that this is one of a kind nature creations that On top has a history of service excellence for ages. I have visited the place twice. And I see that the owners keep the standard - decorate the rooms, change the mattress, add spa protocols - despite of the various crisis like Covid etc. One of the biggest achievements is the restaurant, bell boys and the Bar. Last time we came restaurant was just a place to get to a day you arrive. Now it can compete with really great Tuscany cousins around. We came there twice during 5 days. The Bar guys are lovely. They serve cocktails day and night and also beautiful lunch. At the entrance you always get the best attitude even though you arrive - like we did - with 10 pieces of luggage on a dusty car after 7 hours drive and you get same attitude and service versus you arrive on Lamba.

It was such an amazing experience! The place is beautiful, very well cared for, and has a beautiful view. The ambience of the place, in and out of the building, definitely matched the surrounding area. The room was extremely clean. It smelled like freshly cleaned towels and was spacious and well equipped. There was a viewpoint, literally steps away from the room's entrance. The hotsprings are not far away, and there are restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast was delicious, a great selection of sweet and salty italian breakfast and you can buy some of the things that you have in the breakfast like the a few types of typical italian biscuits, homemade jams... they also sell great wines from the region. The staff and host were such friendly people, so positive and attentive. It was such a pleasant experience, and we will definitely come back here!

Clean, lovely, cozy (small but enough), comfy bed, great location, excellent breakfast and cappuccino (or whatever else you wanted to drink). The hostess didn't speak much English but still was very helpful and kind. I mean we're in their country, I need to know their language -and I loved practicing my limited Italian! The WhatsApp info on how to find the place, how to check in (after hours) was super clear and helpful. Also, the unofficial welcoming committee, aka the kitty that apparently has no name but has the heart of the hostess was prompt and lovely but not clingy! Haha

    The most beautiful accommodation. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and air conditioned and the outdoor area was very beautiful. The hotel dog was also very cute and friendly. Felt like a true Tuscan experience and it was very easy to get to the Saturnia Hot Springs. I highly recommend!!!

    This is a lovely B&B with a very homey feel including a friendly dog and cat and beautiful gardens with many places to sit to enjoy the views. It is close to the thermal waters and a very good restaurant. Breakfast is good. Parking is provided on the property.

    Breakfast had a wide selection of foods and drinks to choose from. The food was replenished all the time and tasted fresh. Coffee was brought separately, so it was fresh and made just how you like it. There is a nice outdoor area right by your room to enjoy the beautiful Italian countryside. We were greeted by the friendliest kitten and a very friendly dog. The accommodation is a couple minute drive away from Cascate del Mulino and the views all around are just great.

    The place is amazing, the staff is perfect and the breakfast is unbelievable. We loved any single moment there. Location is just 7 minutes by car from the (free) thermal bath and they have a special price for accessing the 5star spa at very competitive price. We just can’t wait to be back soon!

    Staying one night is not enough, two nights would be perfect for a holiday. Beautiful and serene, there is no light pollution and you get a treat of stars! Not to mention the folks running the place , they might not know English well but they will Google translate and try to communicate with us. They even did room service and clean up the place everyday. Last but not least they have the loveliest housekeeper kika the dog, who led us the way to our accommodation. Hearts are so full from the stay. 💕💕💕💕
